Spanish major changes its name to Hispanophone
The Latin American Studies Program and the Spanish Department will officially merge under the title "Spanish, Latina/o and Latin American Studies" starting next fall.

For Five College students interested in studying plant-based Shamanic Medicine and traveling in the Amazon, Chris Kilham proposes an offer: a three-credit course, Amazonian Shamanic Medicine: The Shaman's Pharmacy offered this January. Spirits were high at the Equestrian Center on Saturday as the Mount Holyoke riding team out-showed twelve other colleges as part of the Mount Holyoke Horse show. Mount Holyoke captured first with a total of 46 points.
